The historical start of
Graphic Design began with the birth of the first written language in the 3rd or
4th millennium BC and also, paintings found in Lascaux caves of 14,000 BC.
Another significant time in history was the start of printing during the time
between 4th to 7th centuries A.D. For these times have all contributed and
influenced to our modern day advances in graphic design.
What meaning of Graphic?
Graphic mean is an image
or visual representation of an object. Another meaning is the drawings and
photography in the layout of a book. Thus, graphic actually contrasted with
text, such as a numbers and letters, instead of the image, that’s what the graphics
meaning.
Computer graphics is can
be either two or three-dimensional. For before computers only can supported for
2D monochrome graphics, meaning is black and white (or black and green,
depending on the monitor). Eventually, computers started to support color
images. While the first machines only can support 16 or 256 colors, the most of
computers now can display graphics in millions of colors.
2D graphics have two
flavors called it raster and vector. Raster graphics are the most common and
are using the digital photos, Web graphics, icons, and other types of images.
There is a simple grid of pixels, which can each be a different color. Vector
graphics is on the other hand are made up of paths, can be lines, shapes,
letters, or other scalable objects. They are always to use it for creating
logos, signs, and other types of drawings. Unlike raster graphics, vector
graphics can be scaled to a larger size without losing quality.
3D graphics is started
to become popular on 1990s, along with the 3D rendering software as CAD and 3D
animation programs. On 2000 year, have a lot of video games had begun
incorporating 3D graphic, since computer had enough processing power to support
them. From now the most computer come with a 3D video card that handles all the
3D processing. That’s allows even basic home systems to support advanced 3D
game and applications.
What meaning of Design?
Design is the art of the
possible. Design is the conscious, deliberate process by which element,
components, potentials, tendencies, and so on are intentionally arranged in the
space-time continuum in order to achieve a desired result. The design is the
new world of imagination and proposed. We could say design also is a very human
activity.

He was one of the
founding members of Font (now Font shop) in London and designed a number of
notable typefaces for them. He was also partly responsible for instigating the
FUSE project on influential fusion between a magazine, graphics design and
typeface design. Each pack includes a publication with articles relating to typography
and surrounding subjects, four brand new fonts and four posters designed by the
type designer usually using little more than their included font.
He still continues to
work as a graphic designer with his own design practice called it Research Studios
which in addition to London has studios in Paris and Berlin. The studio work on
a wide range of products including packaging for Kenzo Perfumes, to creating
branding for companies such as Macromedia and Home Choice.

was seen as too experimental during college, and he failed many classes.

He is a major
contributor to FUSE, an influential publication on experimental typography. He
also has a book written about his designs. It is called "The Graphic
Language of Neville Brody" by Jon Wozencraft. It is the world's best-selling
graphic design book so far. A true testimonial to his abilities however was the
hosting of an exhibition of his works at the London's Victoria and Albert
Museum.
IDEA
He doing like of remix. So
he remixed Margaret’s Font. He is a major contributor to “FUSE”, an influential
publication on experimental typography.
STYLE
He has a unique style of
combining beautiful designed type alongside beautiful imagery. Not
that style is a word he would willingly apply, regarding it as ‘a superficial
thing, just something you use to express the ideas. The important the thing is
not the style itself, but that you keep moving, keep questioning your own
assumptions, breaking your own rules. For there are, he will say that in
typography as in other things - no real rules; what we habitually regard as
rules are really just assumptions too often unexamined。
Type in a Grid
He is the best known for
being a typographer, so he every time puts down the information what he wants
the type to say a story. He wants information to either scream at you or stay
really quiet. Even though it might not seem like it Brody keeps his type in a
grid system so that it can a comfortable viewed by the audience.
Large type
He breaks all the rules
when it comes to setting great type; he would constantly change point size and
colors within information so that the body copy doesn’t look the same. He
usually likes to fill up a page with large copy going across the page or
vertically on the page and sometimes he likes to put reversed copy with in
another letter or phrase.
Chaotic type
He loves to use his type
as part of the story sometimes even the type overpowers the photography. He doesn't like to composite imagery too much but when he does it usually because his type
acts as if it were an image. He doesn't mind putting his type right on the top
of the photography on the page. This might take away from the imagery but it is
not his concern.

First
discussion, we need to research first and then sketch out the idea in paper.
After
research, we decide to use food to create typography with combine three of
artist element strength. After that, we sketched out the food idea, use which
food is suitable to create typography, and are it that food can temporarily or
not. Besides that, we have experience on many foods try can temporarily how
long. But I got try using vegetable for experience, I really double confirm
vegetable is not suitable for typography, because vegetable normally cannot
temporarily too long, will get the smelly and become very dry.
After
that, we discussion again and look each other sketches and own food experience,
me and my classmate Sharmila finalize choose my classmate Yap idea using bread
to create typography. I think bread can make it more interesting. Bread we also have to experience temporarily
